Pulse Racing Products are race developed, race ready products that have been designed and tested with top riders and factory race teams throughout Europe, competing at World and European championship levels in Motocross Enduro and Mountain Biking.

Pulse Racing Products was established in 1999 and initially produced parts for KTM models, then in mid 2000 launched the ORIGINAL billet fuel cap and fuel vent valve for the European market.

Today the company manufactures a whole host of specialised billet components and is one of the leading motocross and enduro product lines in Europe. Pulse Racing Products manufactures OEM products for manufacturers such as KTM as well as manufacturing products for several European hard parts suppliers. The Pulse product line covers all major brands of off road motorcycle and is growing as each month passes by.

Research and Development

Pulse Racing Products are constantly striving to improve current and future product lines. As a result of the company's goal to always "improve and innovate" there are always several new and exciting race products in development, and the team of Pulse race and design engineers as well as the factory supported riders are constantly testing to ensure that these products are race ready out of the box for you the customer.

Manufacture and Design Centre

Pulse Racing Products Manufacturing and Design Center is located in the South of the England where products are designed and manufactured with state of the art CAD/CAM software and CNC machinery.

Quality is always of the utmost importance and each product is manufactured from the highest-grade material available which results in a product that performs under race conditions.
